So I didn't post yesterday because work was just eh and I wanted to end the day so I went straight to bed. Anyways, I ALMOST made my calorie goal. I ate Oreo's with milk before and out of conscious I ate 2 extra cookies which is only 140 more calories than my goal but I still feel bad for doing it. It was rough, I got really hungry during work and I just felt like collapsing so I'm thinking I need to find meals that will make me feel full cause I couldn't hold up. Had to eat something with low calories that would get me through the last hour and a half before lunch. Today though I'm doing a lot better I had 3 eggs, a banana, and an orange for breakfast and that was 300 calories. Only water so far. Had some left over hamburger helper, 1 cup was 300 calories so I had one and some Mexican bread. I do regret the Mexican bread because it had a lot of sugar, but from mistakes we learn. For now that's all Ill come back with an update tonight or tomorrow morning! See you guys then!
So last night me and some friends decided to go get wings and I was excited cause you can't go wrong with bdubs right? So I ordered 20 wings and ate 16 .-. I went so over my good budget for the day which was disappointing but I'm back on the grind today! Had a peanut butter sandwich and a large coffee with only vanilla creamer. Which is pretty nice and not super sweet. Only sugar was from the creamer itself. Thinking about lunch and what I'm going to have today. I haven't worked out yet but I do want to so I'm gonna try and work out today after team practice.
